A: For Emergency Roadside Assist our roadside assistance services include include jump-starts, door unlocking, broken key removal, tire changes, tire repairs, fuel delivery, DEF fluid delivery and other fluid delivery. We also provide commercial vehicle roadside assistance.
Q: Is roadside assistance available 24/7?
A: Emergency Roadside Assist offers roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Simply contact us at 630-796-0500.
Q: Are all roadside assistance vehicles insured?
A: Yes, all of our roadside assistance vehicles are fully insured, any passengers/customers are also insured in case they need a ride.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Once service has been ordered there are no cancellations or refunds. After payment has been processed, a non-refundable reservation for the equipment and equipment operator has been made. A cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the quoted service fee. All sales are final.
Q: What is the average cost for your roadside assistance services?
A: $85 is the average service call charge, some services cost less and some cost a bit more. Pricing all depends on the service(s) needed and the location of your vehicle.
Q: I have a stripped lug nut on my car, can you guys remove it and at what cost?
A: Yes, we have the proper equipment to remove the wheel locks. The charge would be $75 to $125 and is dependent on several varying factors.
Q:. I lost my locking gas cap key for my semi truck, can you unlock my fuel tanks so I can get some damn fuel?
A: Yes, we can unlock all gas caps for heavy duty vehicles, medium and light duty vehicles including all cars.
